Payment Terms

• Recurring services (technical support, SEO) are billed at the beginning of each month or within the timeframe specified in the contract.
• Project suspension or cancellation by the client may result in penalties as defined in the contractual agreement.

All prices include applicable taxes in Georgia, unless the invoice states otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Wevosoft takes all reasonable measures to deliver high-quality services; however:

• We are not responsible for business outcomes that may result from the use of our services or website.
• Wevosoft's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
• We are not liable for damages arising from third-party service failures (hosting, CDN, external APIs).
• Wevosoft bears no responsibility for damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or the client's own decisions.
